First of all, M.D. Forte has a Starter Kit. These starter kits take theguess work out of which products you should use as they contain all the products that make up a skin care daily regimen. For those new to Advanced Skin Care Programs, purchasing a Starter Kit is an excellent way to begin trying out the M.D. Forte skin care products.
Here is an M.D. Forte regimen of some sorts. Since M.D. Forte skin care products come in 3 levels, cater the regimen to fit your needs.
MD Forte I, II, III Levels of Glycolic Concentration
M.D. Forte skin care products come separately packaged for Normal to Dry, Normal to Oily, and Combination Skin. They also come in three levels of glycolic concentration: Level I, Level II and Level III. Beginning with Level I, as the skin becomes conditioned to the glycolic products, you can then graduate to Level II and then Level III. The stronger concentrations of glycolic compound result in deeper exfoliation, and as skin becomes conditioned to tolerate these higher levels, this will result in less discomfort, burning, redness or irritation.
M.D. Forte Level I is great if you’ve never used any glycolics before; also if you have sensitive skin.
Basically, the M.D. Forte CORE Systems effectively use a 4-step regimen with products that Cleanse, Renew, Hydrate, and Protect.

After using the CORE system designed to meet your needs for 3 - 6 months, you can step up to the next level with a higher percentage of glycolic compound.
As the skin becomes conditioned to glycolic treatments, stronger concentrations can be used (most products are available in Level I, Level II, and Level III). This results in a deeper exfoliation without the discomfort of burning, redness or irritation.
It is important to maintain the program daily to avoid the buildup of keratin and dead cells. In this way, moisturizing creams will penetrate more deeply.It’s best if you start slowly, i.e. start with Level l, except if you’ve used products containing glycolics before and your skin is used to it.
Also, it’s good to know that if you might have an increase in breakouts for the first few days of glycolic use. This is normal and will subside.
Glycolic use may make you sensitive to the sun, so be sure to put the M.D. Forte Total Daily Protector SPF 15.
